Research Interests

1. To intergrade multiple omics database included transcriptomics and proteomics combined available in silico analysis to predict candidate markers which be a potential driver in tumorigenesis, metastasis, drug resistance and radiation response.

2. To establish two way models for determining phenotype and genotype by biomedical imaging and radiology technology in vitro and in vivo.

3. To identify potential genes, compounds, peptide, and drugs for pre-clinical trials in animal models for effective cancer therapy.
